Age 80 yrs. Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre in the presence of his family on August 12th, 2009. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Matilda and sister Marie. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Mildred; sons Les (Joan), Paradise, Garry (Janice), Ontario, Glenn (Edna), Mt. Pearl; brothers: Hubert (Alice), Ralph (Linda); sisters: Marg (Brendon Hibbs), Myrtle Young, Joan (June Janes); seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and many loved ones. Resting at Pendergast’s Funeral Home, Bell Island on Friday, August 14th, 2009 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 15th at 10:30 a.m. from Jackson United Church. Interment to follow at St. Cyprians Cemetery, Bell Island. Flowers gratefully accepted.
