CZUCHRO, ALICE - 1933-2011 - Alice Czuchro passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital on Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Born in Timmins, ON, daughter of the late Michael and Joanna (Sziegowska) Piekarski. Alice was a very big supporter and fundraiser for The Power For The Cure of the CIBC Run For The Cure. She will be sadly missed and survived by her family, Henry (Mary) Czuchro, Ted (Ivy) Czuchro of Creston B.C., Richard (Vicki) Czuchro of Lloyminster Sask., Jennie Wilson (Arnold) of Chilliwack B.C., Susan Collette (Pascal) of Moncton, grandchildren and great grandchildren, special nieces Joanne (Bob) Quinn, Karen Burke along with several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Alice was predeceased by her husband John (Jon) Czuchro, three brothers; William, Zeke, Hank and one step sister, Vera. Memorial donations in Alice's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
