Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, August 13, 2009, Susan Moss (nee Wilkins), aged 91 years, formerly of Wesleyville, Bonavista Bay. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Capt. William Moss in 1969; sisters and brothers-in-law: Nellie (Ken) Parsons, Bessie (Chester) Prince, Cassandra (Edison) Butt, Mary (Arthur) Parsons and brothers: Samuel, Clarence and Leonard (Blanche) Wilkins. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter, Sheilah; special son-in-law James Beckett and cherished grandson, David William Beckett (Tina), Grande Prairie, Alta.; sisters: Irene Monnier, Maysie (Major Fred) Howse, Brampton, Ontario; sister-in-law Nettie Wilkins; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, especially Frank and Margarete Smith and neighbour Joan Arklie. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue. Visitation on Saturday and Sunday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from St. James United Church, 330 Elizabeth Avenue.
