The death occurred at Western Hospital, Alberton on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 of Doris Ellen Gray, of O`Leary, formerly Unionvale, aged 94, beloved wife of the late Wilber Gray. Doris was born in Elmsdale on August 3, 1923, daughter of the late Lenus & Angelena (Gallant) McNeill. Cherished mother to Clair (Lorna) McNeill, Huntley; Lillian MacLean, West Devon; Harold (Betty), Woodstock; Beverley (Larry) Dunville, New Glasgow and Earl (Rhonda Harper), O`Leary. Loving grandmother to 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. Doris is also survived by sister Mabel Dumas, Montreal; sisters in law Theresa McNeill, Alberton and Helen Peck, ON, and brother in law George Luttrell, Rosebank. Doris was predeceased by her parents, husband Wilber, son in law John MacLean, grandson Jason Gray, brothers and sisters Ralph, Eileen, Molly, Everett and Roy. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Friday 5-8 pm. Funeral will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment later in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
