In loving memory of Henry Bruce Wall, 70 Years, Thursday, December 21st, 2017, at Health Sciences North. Beloved husband of Joan (Fitzpatrick) Wall. Loving father of Brian (Sue) and Philip (Dawna). Cherished grandfather of Alexander and Lilith. Dear son of Stewart and Edna Wall both predeceased. Dear brother of Eileen, Mary, Beryl, Doreen, Glenda, Ray and Ern. Born in Howely, Newfoundland, Henry retired from INCO as a hoistman in 1998 with 33 years of service. He loved to help people, especially children. Henry was a dedicated and active volunteer for many years, serving as a Director with the Navy League of Canada, Ontario Division for 30 years. He was a Life Member of the Navy League of Canada, Ontario Division and Sudbury Branch, a member of Royal Canadian Legion Falconbridge #336, a Past Governor of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, Sudbury Branch #230, a past member of the Ontario Mine Rescue with INCO and he received the Priory Award from St. John Canada as well as the Governor General‘s caring Canadian Award. The family wish to thank the staff of the HSN ICU, especially Henry’s doctor Theresa Mirka for their excellent care and compassion. At Henry’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. A celebration of his life will be held at the Moose Lodge at a later date. Donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
