It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Jimmy Ritchie on May 6, 2011, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
Born in Sydney, he was the son of the late James and Pauline Ritchie.
He is survived by Elizabeth Kuramai who was very dear to his heart; four children and 14 grandchildren.
Besides his parents, Jimmy was also predeceased by his brother, John.
As per his request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at a later date in Hardwood Hill Cemetery.
