Passed away suddenly at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Sunday, January 14, 2018, Betty Penney of Clarenville, aged 76 years. Predeceased by husband Willis; parents Arthur and Elizabeth Short; sister Karen Blundon. Left with fond and loving memories are her children Glenice, Arleen (Todd), Randy (Stella), Jeff and Greg (Lynnette); grandchildren Ashley (Robert), Cassandra (Cory), Jordan, Morgan, Hayley, Jacob and Rebecca; great grandchildren Isaiah, Parker, Preston, Taylor and Blair; sisters Donna (Dave) and Viola; brother Eric (Marty); and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Memorial service took place on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Fewer’s Memorial Chapel with interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Burgoynes Cove. In her memory donations may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation.
