Aged 87
Passed away suddenly at his home in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Predeceased by his beloved wife Anne. Leaving to mourn are his daughters Margaret (Dean), Patricia (Tom), his grandson Graham, and sister Margaret and her daughters in the UK, as well as extended family and friends in Canada and overseas. John will be greatly missed by all who knew him for his brilliant mind, wit, generosity and kind heart. The family would like to send heartfelt thanks to all the warm and thoughtful neighbours and friends who helped make St. John’s home for him over the past 30 years.
