At Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, of Harold Brenden Greenan of Brae, aged 68 years. Dear husband of Anne (Martin) Greenan.
Born in Brae on May 20, 1948, he was the son of the late Emmett and Ellen (MacIntyre) Greenan. Dear father of Donna (Jack) Keenan, Stratford; Karen (Paul) Malone, Brae; Pat (Ruby), Tignish; Christine (Grant) Sweet, Cornwall; Kenny (Kristy), Rustico; and Brian (Lisa), Miscouche. Loving grandfather to 17 grandchildren. Dear brother to Kay (Glenn) Rodgerson, Nancy O’Malley and Rita White. Also survived by sisters-in-law Judy Greenan, Aletha (Charles) Monaghan, Lorraine MacPhee, Judy Martin, Teresa (Alan) Craswell and Arlene MacLeod, and brothers-in-law Vincent, Leonard, Jim (Pat), Ron Martin and Roy (Lori) O’Meara. Special uncle to several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by parents; brothers Gerald, Edwin, George and Alan; parents-in-law; brothers-in-law Joe White, John O’Malley, Clare, Robert and William Martin.
Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, with visiting hours on Thursday 5:30-9 p.m. and Friday until 10 a.m., then to Immaculate Conception Church, Brae, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.
