At the Halifax Infirmary, Halifax, NS, on Tuesday May 10, 2011 of R. Leslie Hunter of Baltic, Lot 18 aged 59 years. Born in Summerside, March 26, 1952, son of the late J. Sterling and A. Eileen Hunter. Husband of Elizabeth J. (Beals) Hunter. Father of Steven Hunter (Crystal Noonan) and Kelly Hunter (Chris Wood) all of Borden-Carleton. Step-father of Anthony (Marsha) McAndrew, Stratford and Crystal (Pastor Dwight) Ingersoll, Cornwall. Grandfather to seven grandchildren. Brother of David (Ruth) Hunter and George (Gladys) Hunter all of Kensington. Half-brother of Lilly Fairweather, Ont. Brother-in-law of Danny (Janie) Beals, Lower Sackville, NS; Don Beals, Kensington; Larry Beals, Bridgetown, NS and Joey (Brenda) Beals, Lawrencetown, NS. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by half-sister Margaret Evans and half-brothers Percy and Stewart Hunter, father and mother-in-law Raymond and Freda (Earle) Beals, brothers-in-law David Earle and Wayne Beals. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Friday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Kensington.
