Lynne Tuttle

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Lynne Tuttle, age 71 of Dartmouth, on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, NS.
Born in Dominion, Cape Breton, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Monica Gouthro.
She worked for many years as an administrative secretary with the Department of Education.
She was often seen walking around Halifax and Dartmouth in all kinds of weather.
She enjoyed the company of friends and family. She loved to travel, especially to sunny southern destinations.
Lynne is survived by her daughter, Kimberley (Don) Gaetz, Calgary, AB; grandsons, Kincaid and Lincoln; brothers, Vincent (Sandi), St. Albert, AB, Dale (Sheila), Brookside, NS, Bruce, Dartmouth, NS, Joel, Dominon, NS, Stephen (Dale), Dartmouth, NS, Tom, Dartmouth, NS and Anthony (Sandra), Burlington, ON; sisters, Carole MacIntyre, Port Hawkesbury, NS, Catherine Howes, Orillia, ON, Judy (Bob) Miltimore, Port Dover, ON, Kelly Dillon (Bill Spencer), Dartmouth, and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her son, Stephen Tuttle (July 2017) of Calgary, AB.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to a charity of choice.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral services will take place at a later date. Burial will be held in St. Eugene Cemetery, Dominon, Cape Breton, at a later date.
We would like to recognize Lynne’s good friend Irene Anderson and her daughters, Lynn and Bernice, for visiting Lynne many times during her illness.
