It’s with deep regret that the family announce the passing of their mother, grandmother and loving wife, Eleanor Ann Mullins, on August 17, 2009, at the Health Sciences Center, age 53 years. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Netta Rose. Leaving to mourn her husband of 34 years, James; her children: Christopher, Effie and Eleanor; her granddaughter Nikita Mullins; her sisters: Netta, Elizabeth, Effie and Madonna; her brothers: Baxter and John as well as a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Tuesday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., on Wednesday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., on Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2009, from Barrett’s Chapel with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
