We, the family of the late Georgina Hefferon, Sydney, who passed away on Monday, July 27, 2009, would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all those who comforted us and eased our burden of grief during such a sad and difficult time. Thank you to everyone who visited the hospital, attended the visitation and funeral service, and sent flowers, cards, memorials, charitable donations, phone calls, e-mails and food. Your kindness will remain in our hearts forever. Special thanks to Dr. Ranjit Parminder, Dr. Paul MacDonald, Dr. Anne Frances D’Intino, Dr. Cynthia Hobbs, Dr. Abu Shamim Arif, Dr. Juris Lazovskis and the staff of the Heart Function Clinic for your care and kindness in the past months and over the years. Sincere thanks is also extended to the staff of 4B Cape Breton Regional Hospital and all those associated with Palliative Care. You are all special people. Thank you to Rev. Robert Lyle for your special care, the beautiful funeral service and unforgettable solos. Thank you also to the Bethel Presbyterian Church elders for your visits and comforting words, to organist Flora Gardiner and to the members of the Bethel Presbyterian Choir.
