Karen Elizabeth White, 74, of White Sands, P.E.I., died peacefully at the QEII Health Science Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia on Feb 20, 2018. She is survived by her loving husband Allan White; daughter Suzanne White; son David (Leighann) White; brother Jack (Patti) MacDougall of Mississauga, Ontario; sister Ann (Sheldon) Guthro of Reserve Mines, Nova Scotia; sister Rita (Peter) Erlac of Cambridge, Ontario; brother Joseph (Annette) MacDougall of Whitby, Ontario; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Tea will be held on Sat., Feb. 24, 1 to 3 p.m. at the J.A. Snow Funeral Home on Lacewood Dr. in Halifax. Graveside service to follow on P.E.I. this summer. The family requests donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers.
