McNEILL, PHILIP ASHLEY - (Employee, Hydro Ottawa) - Peacefully at his parents’ home on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 age 42 years. Cherished son of Hugh and Lenna McNeill. Much loved brother of Althea Savard (Daniel) of Fredericton, NB. Dear uncle of Adam and Jessica. Phil will also be greatly missed by his special friend, Tina Kirk as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins.
