Barker, William Patrick “Pat”, Truro Heights, died peacefully at home on May 19, 2011 after a long serious illness. He was born July 20, 1958 in Duncan, British Columbia. Pat is survived by his parents, Marie and Melvin (Ike) Murray, New Glasgow; his loving wife Tyra (Armstrong); daughters, Emily and Julia, both of Brookfield; son Billy, Dartmouth. Pat was an avid motorcyclist and golfer as well as a long-time member of Alcoholics Anonymous in which capacity he helped many people. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A special afternoon of memories and sharing will be held on Monday, May 23rd from 2 - 4 p.m. in Colchester Community Funeral home, 512 Willow St., Truro with Rev. Larry Harrison directing.
