Jerry, 53, passed suddenly on April 21, 2018, as a result of a tragic accident on Friday April 20, 2018.
Jerry born March 14,1965, was a loving husband to Kim(Bettes). Proud father to Sara (Tyler Broadfield), Amanda (Kyle Bannister), Riley and Ashley, at home. Cherished Poppy to Graeme, Elora and Nixon. He was a dear Brother to sisters, Lillian, Anne, Marie, Clarisse, Rosalie, Eileen and brothers, Joey and Jimmy.
He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Florence Bona; sister, Gloria; nephew, Troy, and brother, John.
Funeral service was held April 28, 2018 at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, Georgetown, Ontario, with Cremation following
