At his home on Friday, Aug. 21, 2009, of Tilman Joseph Blanchard of Fortune Cove, aged 68 years, beloved husband of Linda (Hilton) Blanchard. Born on Jan. 15, 1941, in Piusville, P.E.I., son of the late Anthony and Lena (Gallant) Blanchard. Cherished father of Kim (John) Wilson, Innisville, Ont., and Nicole Blanchard of Fortune Cove. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, Tuesday, until 10 a.m., then to St. Anthony’s Church, Woodstock for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery. Memorials to The Cancer Society or The Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated.
