Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 of Parnell Ignatius MacAulay, aged 63 years, formerly of Souris, P.E. Deeply loved by his siblings Lorraine Gillan (Mark; deceased), Merlin (Ann), Velma Ward (Fred), Gerald (Gladys), Jean McDavid (Stuart; deceased), Albert (Gladys), Celeste Veld (Teunis; deceased), Ernest (Ruth), Leon (Donna), Richard (Lynda), and Kevin (Joanne). He will be fondly remembered by his extended family at the MacIntyre House, Harbourview Training Centre, Souris Hospital, and the Colville Manor. The family would like to acknowledge special friend Patricia MacAulay. Also to mourn his loss is his great-aunt Louise Cook and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George and Celeste (nee Power) MacAulay, brother Francis (Mary), and infant brother. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 5-8 p.m., and Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 9:30-10:15 a.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the Church cemetery.
