Peacefully at Whisperwood Villa, on Thursday, June 28, 2018, the death occurred of Wayne Hazelwood, of Grand Tracadie, age 70 years. Beloved husband of Elaine Hazelwood (nee Kenny). Loving son Dean Hazelwood and cherished grandchildren Justin and Jordan; step-father of Michael Flanagan (Cyndy), Lisa Donovan (Eric - deceased) and Darlene Monaghan (Joe); step-grandfather of Joelle, Emma Kate, Jerrilyn, Darcy, Devin and Jeremy. He will be missed by his sisters - Catherine Flynn (Allan), Cheryl Molyneaux (Donnie), Katrina Hazelwood and Mary Pearl Hazelwood; sister-in-law Linda Hazelwood and best friend Valerie Baker. He was predeceased by his brother - Billy Hazelwood. There will be no visitation or funeral service by personal request. Private interment will be held at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
