Passed suddenly away at home on Sunday, May 22, 2011. Predeceased by his parents Elizabeth and John Maher and brother William. James is remembered fondly by step-son Andre (Lisa) Hollett; grandchildren Katie and Andrew, brother Jack and family of Fox Harbour; special cousin Ellen Kerrivan and family; as well as other family and friends. Cremation has taken place. At James’s request no visitation or funeral service. Donations in James’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
