Passed peacefully away on Friday, May 20, 2011 at the Health Sciences Centre, Rodney Slade, age 50 years. Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Uriel Slade and sister Linda Murphy. He leaves behind two beloved sons, Michael Slade (Victoria), and Jeffery Slade (Ashley). One precious granddaughter, Brooklyn. Nephew, Stephen Murphy, two brothers, Wayne (Charlotte), and Gerald. Uncle, Joe Yetman and fiancé, Margie Langille as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Judy Slade who holds a special place for him in her heart. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, 24th, 2011 at 11:00 am.
