It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of a dear wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and dear friend, Peg Walsh, age 57 years, of Holyrood. Predeceased by her father, Walter, brothers: Phonse and Mick, sister Pat, mother and father-in-law Nell and Chris Walsh, brother-in-law Jerome Kieley. Left with wonderful memories are her devoted husband of 34 years, Bill; her cherished children: Chris (JoAnne), Karen (Wally) Morgan; her five adoring grandchildren: Maggie, Robyn, Liam, Ryan and William; mother Eileen; brothers and sisters: Walter (Mabel), Lena (Jim) Wall, Joe (Bernadette), Joan (Bill Farrell) Rose, Agatha, Gerard (Kim), Pat (Ange), Eddy (Nancy), Clarence (Carolyn); brothers-in-law: Ralph Gough, Phil Penney (Vera); sisters-in-law: Cecilia Murray, Bridgette Murray, Bertha Quinlan (Willie); numerous nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Tuesday from 4 - 9 p.m., Wednesday from 12 noon - 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2009 with Mass of Christian Burial from Holy Cross Church, Holyrood. Cremation to follow.
