The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, August 27, 2009, of Mr. William Robert (Bill) Noonan of Charlottetown, age 69 years.
Beloved husband and best friend of Elaine (nee Green). Dear father of Dawna (Robert O’Hanley), Darren (Laura Lee) of Charlottetown, and Natalie (Aaron McLean) of Halifax, N.S. Grampie to Kendra and Willy O’Hanley, Bradley and Sarah Noonan and Ally McLean. Brother of Richard (Elizabeth) of Summerside, and K. Adele (Horst) Aldinger of Vernon, B.C. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Myrna Murray (Gerald predeceased) of Cape Traverse, Gerald and Brenda Green, Barry and Beth Green of Central Bedeque, Eric and Juanita Green of Edmonton, Alta. He was predeceased by his parents, Preston and Eleanor Noonan of Summerside.
Resting at the Charlottetown Funeral Home, 33-35 Longworth Avenue, until 9:45 Monday morning, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in the family plot at the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
