We the family of the late Catherine F. MacDonald, extend sincere thanks to our friends, relatives and neighbors who showed love and support during our bereavement. Your visits, calls, cards and notes, on line condolences, flowers, and food and memorial donations were very much appreciated. Sincere thanks to those who travelled long distances to attend the wake and funeral. Thanks to Dr. David Ley for his care and compassion over the years. Thanks to doctors and nurses of the Emergency Department, to Drs. Robello, MacLean, MacVicar, MacKenzie and Mohammed, and the very capable nursing staff of 3rd West at the Glace Bay Healthcare Corporation. Special thanks to the dedicated nurses of the VON for their services to Mom. Thanks to Rev. Michael Henderson, pianist, Suzanne MacLellan, and the choir of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church for the lovely funeral service. Thanks to Elaine Dillon for her wonderful solo, "He Touched Me". Sincere thanks to the dedicated workers at St. Paul's who provided the refreshments after the funeral. We extend our gratitude to the pallbearers, Kenneth MacQueen, Glayne MacQueen, Charles MacQueen, Fred MacAulay, Kenneth Ivey and Jonathan Wilson.
