AUDREY (NEE OLSON) KAPONYAS
1964 – 2009
Audrey Kopanyas passed away in La Ronge Hospital on Wednesday, August 26th at the age of 44 years with her brother Lloyd and Vida at her bedside. Her friend Charles McKenzie was with her to the end. Audrey will be missed by all of us. She is survived by her mother Pearl Olson; her brothers Marvin, Ken (Denise), Lloyd (Vida); her sister Shirley (Arnold); her children Jeffrey, Crystal and William; her grandchildren Austin, Melissa, Selena and Ashton; the father of her children Terry Kaponyas; her mother and father-in-law Bert and Pauline Kaponyas; her aunts, uncles and many cousins. She was predeceased by her father Severt (Pat) Olson; her grandparents William and Elizabeth Stevens, Sam and Jean Olson. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 29 from River Park Memorial Chapel. Reverend Rick Martin will officiate. It is the family’s request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Interment will take place at a later date.
