Brian John Hartery, age 63. Passed away suddenly on September 26, 2018, formerly of Portugal Cove South. Predeceased by his Dad, Lou, 2011 and infant brother Gerard. Leaving to mourn his loss, his 89 year old Mom, Agnes Hartery (resident at St. Pat’s Nursing Home); his daughters Nicole (Taddy Hoyak), Manitoba, grandson Bodhi; Aimee (Bill Macallum), Edmonton; grandchildren Sloane and Everett; son Dustin, Manitoba, his partner Deliah Upshall and her son Johnathan; brothers: Loyola, Brendan, Terry (Liz), Kevin (Elaine), Paul, Louie (Carla); sisters: Rosemary (Karl Reddick), Marina, Jeananne (Kevin Power). Cremation has taken place. Funeral Service at Holy Redeemer Church, Trepassey, October 1, 2018 at 12 noon followed by burial at cemetery in Portugal Cove South. No flowers by request. Any donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice or the Lung Association of NL. Reception to follow in the Community Center, Portugal Cove South.
