Passed away suddenly at the Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, August 26, 2009, aged 80 years, Margaret Yvonne Elliott. Predeceased by son Mark and parents Joseph and Martha Penney. Left with fond and loving memories husband Cyril; sons: David (Heather), Douglas (Sandra); daughter Faye (Alex); four grandchildren: William, Emily, Elizabeth and Laura, and brother Clement (Veronica), also a large circle of other family and friends. In accordance with her wishes her remains have been donated to the Memorial University Faculty of Medicine. A Memorial Service to celebrate Margaret’s life will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel. Donations in her memory may be made to the SPCA St. John’s.
