We, the family of Cecelia Barrett, wish to express our sincere appreciation to our family, friends and neighbours for the compassion shown to us during our recent loss. To everyone who visited our homes, sent food, gifts, floral tributes and donations, we appreciate your kindness. Thank you to everyone who attended the funeral and reception for Mom. Thank you to the doctors and the staff at the Glace Bay General Hospital and the Cape Breton Regional Hospital for the care and support shown to Cecelia and our family. Special thanks to all of
our family, the homecare workers and VON nurses who cared for Mom at home. Mom wanted to be at home and it is truly appreciated by us.
Thank you to Father Norman MacPhee and Father Evo Di Pierro for the funeral service held on October 8, 2018 at Holy Cross Church. Thank you to the Holy Cross Choir for the beautiful music and to Cecelia’s three granddaughters for reading. Finally, thank you to Trevor, Debbie and all of the staff at T.J. Tracey Funeral Home. Your support helped us through an extremely difficult time.
