Daniel David Ross

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel David Ross, 81 of Glace Bay, who passed away peacefully on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital after a brief illness.
Dannie is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty (Neary); two children, Danielle Brushett (Joey), Catalone and Phillip (Alice), Marion Bridge; four grandchildren, Brian, Ryan, Tyler and Parker; one great-grandson, Chase, and his nephew, Ross MacLeod (Charlene).
Dannie was predeceased by his parents, Marg and James Ross; his sister, Dena, and brother, Jim.
In keeping with Dannie's wishes, there will be no visitation, cremation has taken place under the direction of Curry's Funeral Home in Glace Bay, interment will take place at a later date.
The family would like to the thank the doctors and nurses at the Regional Hospital, especially the CCU unit for being so kind, so caring and so compassionate during this difficult time.
