Blaise leaves behind his mother Eva; sons, Andre and Shaun; brothers, Joseph, Christopher; sisters Pamela, Christyann.
He is predeceased by his Father, Malcolm; sisters, Mary and Rosemarie, and brother, Michael.
Burial will take place in Vancouver, B.C., at a later date.
