Passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at Toronto General Hospital, after a long and courageous struggle with complications from heart surgery, age 48 years. Predeceased by her parents Leo and Joan Murphy, her mother-in-law Brenda Verge and her nephew Trevor Verge. Leaving to mourn her loving husband Frank and her precious daughter Nicole; her brother Bill Murphy (Maureen); her sisters: Karen Bartlett (Scott) and Roxanne Preston (Glenn); special cousin Janet Critch; seven loving nieces and nephews, Leanne and Danielle Murphy, Katie and Tyler Bartlett, Andrew and Michael Preston, and Justin Matthews; father-in-law Frank Verge (Rose), sister-in-law Darlene Matthews, brother-in-law Kevin Verge (Patricia); close friends Glenn and Joy Hodder, and Gord and Kathy Baker, as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home Lemarchant Road visitation on Monday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of christian burial on Wednesday June1 time to be announced at Mary Queen of the World Church Topsail Road. Inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation. Funeral arrangements to be announced.
