Ross: Donald Blakely Ross, age 66. of Webb, SK passed away May 8th, 2011 at Swift Current. The Memorial Service was held at 1:00 p.m. May 13, 2011 from the family farm. A Life Tribute was presented by Daniel Ross. Donald was born in Kincaid, Sk on September 23, 1944. He attended school in Kincaid Webb and Gull Lake. Donald farmed worked on rigs, did some custom grain hauling and at Honey Bee Manufacturing. He enjoyed reading, researching his family tree, loved to play with kids and living on the farm. Donald is survived by his sister Val Wurmlinger; brother Clifford Ross; nieces and nephews, Daniel and Elaine Ross, Vicki Baptist, Daryl and Nancy Wurmlinger, Kelly and Anita Wurmlinger, Dennis and Peggy Wurmlinger, Jennifer and Alton Norheim, Myrna-May and Kory Knoblauch and numerous great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Verna and Vernon Ross; grandparents William and Laura Ross and Louis and Florence Rogers; brother Bert Ross and brother-in-law Bernie Wurmlinger. Donald will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his family and friends. In his memory, memorial donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
