Kingston Ontario and formerly from Stratford P.E.I. passed away peacefully February 7th, 2019 from a lengthy illness, with her family by her side. Ruby will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren, brothers and sisters. Funeral is taking place at Wartman Funeral Home, Kingston’ Ontario.
