Clifford LeBlanc

LeBLANC, CLIFFORD - Clifford LeBlanc, 86, of Cap-Pelé, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton following a lengthy illness. Born December 20, 1924 in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Adolphe and Anna (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. Clifford was employed at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital prior to his retirement. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife, Rose-Marie (Gallant) LeBlanc, three sisters: Dorothée Cormier and Eveline Cormier both of Cap Pelé and Aline Bourque (Edgar) of Grand Barachois; and many nieces and nephews whom he considered as his children: Edgar (Freeda), Léo (Jeannette), Gisèle, Marcella (Joe), Irma (Rod) and their children: Samuel, Joey, and François (Amy) and their daughter Venessa. He is predeceased by his brothers and sisters: Charles, Yvon, Gérard, Claira, Ozana, Corinne, Rita and Nellie.
The family will receive condolences at Funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé (577-3297). Visiting hours on Thursday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure at 10:20 a.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse d'Avila R.C. Church in Cap-Pelé on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
