Sam died on January 12th and we thank all who helped us through our loss. For visits to our home, wake and funeral, phone calls, beautiful cards and notes of condolence, wonderful food, flowers and donations to some of Sam’s favourite charities, and for travel from afar, we are truly grateful. Rev. Myrna, Michelle and Angus, Sandra, Margie and Dawn, and Tess - you made his service a beautiful and heartfelt send-off. Thank you to Dr. Ley (Anne and Lynn), Dr. Rose MacKay, nursing and hospital staff at Glace Bay General, and County Homemakers for your very special care of Sam and of his family. Your kindness and professional care was deeply felt by all. With love and may God Bless.
