Kevin Billard
We regret to announce the sudden passing of our son and brother, Kevin Billard on February 26, 2019, in Regina, Sk. where he spent many years working in the pipeline industry. (LIUNA)
Kevin born January 13, 1962, he was the son of Douglas Rodney Billard of North Sydney, NS and Catherine (Gerrow) Billard of Sydney Mines, NS. He was predeceased by both his parents as well as his grandparents, his uncles Gordon (Joyce) Billard and Jim (Nora), his cousins Ronnie and Darrell Billard and his longtime best friend Curtis (Brenda) Chislett.
He is survived by his stepmom of 50 years Joan (Billard) McGean, brothers Clifford (Joan), Johnny (Margaret), Martin (Brenda), Doug (Katrina), Richard (Angie), sister Merrie (Angus) Pyke, many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Cremation has already taken place and a private ceremony and burial will be scheduled at a future date.
