Charles Michael Manning aged 83, has died in England on March 2nd. 2019. Leaving to mourn is his wife Sylvia, children Julian, Kate (Gary Collins), and Helen (Scott Gillingham), grandchildren Kyla (Andrew Tobin), Andrew, Emma and Seth, sister Rachel as well as many friends throughout England, Newfoundland and Ontario. "Mike" spent half his life in Newfoundland helping to develop the C A Pippy Park and had a deep affection for the Province and his many friends there. Arrangements have taken place in England.
