It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of Merrill Barbour of Charlottetown, PEI, on March 20th, 2019, at the age of 92. He leaves to mourn his death his wife of 65 years, Joyce (nee Ashley), his son Garry (Nellie), his step-grandsons, Dan and John, and his beloved granddaughter, Kimberly. He was predeceased by his son Allan, and brother-in-law George Shelfoon. He is also survived by his brother, Roscoe (Norma), and sisters Janey Shelfoon, Etheline (Eardley) Beaton and many nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home with no visitation by personal request. A private family service will be held. Burial will take place later in Cascumpec United Church Cemetery.
