Edward B. Pelley of Carbonear, age 84 years. Predeceased by wife Dora, sisters Sophie and Rose, brothers Arthur, William, Silas, Malcolm and Frank. Left to mourn three daughters: Joan (Gus) Dillon, Witless Bay; Doreen (Douglas) Bishop, Upper Island Cove and Sandra (Brian) Morgan, CBS; four sons: Russell (Sylvia), Mount Pearl; Clarence (Marie), Yellowknife; Stanley (Elsie), Carbonear and Randy (Wanda), Kitchener, ON; sixteen grandchildren: Mary, Mark, Kelly, Brian, Bradley, Brent, Simone, Siobhan, Andrew, Kena, Loretta, Sheena, Jonathan, Amy, Pamela and Phillip; twelve great-grandchildren: Amanda, Faith, Jenny, Daniel, Isaac, Noah, Keegan, Leah, Hailey, Reid, Owen and Ryan; three sisters: Florence Butt, Kitchener, ON; Annie (Clifford) Garland and Jean Clarke, both of Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. A private family visitation and private funeral service was held from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment took place in the Gospel Hall Cemetery, Carbonear.
