Passed peacefully away at Central Health, Grand Falls on Monday, August 31, 2009, at 2 a.m. Daisy Lorraine Barnes, age 80 years. Predeceased by her husband Ernest, 1976 and son Maxwell, 2008. Left with fond and loving memories, her daughters: Elaine Day (Wayne), Nancy Barnes, Muriel Jenkins (Scott), Shirley Barnes and Barb Byrne (Paddy); sons: John (Jean) and Robert Barnes; grandchildren: Maxwell, Joseph, Karen, Darlene and Darrin; great-grandchildren: Jeffrey, Michael and Logan; as well as a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Wednesday and Thursday from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service on Friday, September 4 at 11 a.m. from St. John the Evangelist Church, Topsail.
