Rodney Ernest Steele
We, the family of Rodney Ernest Steele, formerly of Blackett’s Lake, regret to announce his passing on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
Born March 30, 1966, in Sydney, he was the son of the late Hubert and Nellie (Morrison) Steele.
Rodney is survived by his daughters, Crystal Pierre, Rainbow Lake, AB and MacKenzie Steele, Calgary, AB; son, Matthew, Grand Prairie, AB; sisters, Sharon (Emile) Mazerolle, Saint John, NB and Donna (Robert) Greer, Saint John, NB; brother, David, Saint John, NB; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Rodney was predeceased by his sister, Shirley (Kent) Anderson.
Visitation will be held at Sydney Memorial Chapel on Sunday, April 28 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Interment will take place in Forest Haven Memorial Gardens at a later date.
Memorials may be made to War Amps or to a charity of your choice.
