The committle service for the late Frances Wells Mourer of Flordia will be held on Saturday Morning Sept.5, 2009, from Christ Church Anglican Cemetery, Kildare Capes, at 11 a.m. Frances was born in Alberton and was the daughter of the late Hazel Smith Pitillo of Kildare Capes, P.E.I.
