Passed peacefully away surrounded by his friends at Captain Wiliam Jackman Memorial Hospital on Friday, June 3, 2011, Clarence Williams of Wabush (formerly of Conception Harbour), aged 79 years. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary Williams, sisters: Francis and Margaret; brothers: Thomas, Ronald and Gerald. Leaving to mourn with fond memories his brothers: John (Helen), Conception Harbour; Patrick (Shirley), Holyrood; Kenneth (Anna) New Waterford, N.S.; and William, Brigus Junction. Special friends Eric Fitzpatrick (Fitz) and Paula Muise and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Conway’s Funeral Home, Conception Harbour on Monday, June 6th from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, June 7th, 2011 at 11 a.m. from St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Conception Harbour with cremation to follow. Inurnment to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Clarence’s memory can be made to Daffodil Place or Ronald McDonald House.
