1939-2019
The death occurred at the palliative care unit of the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Saturday, June 1, 2019, of Thomas Edgar Keeping of Skinners Pond, age 80 years. Beloved husband to Leitha Mary (nee Perry) Keeping. Born at Ramea, Newfoundland, on December 23, 1939, he was the son of the late Freeman and Alice (nee Kendall) Keeping. Loving father to Bonnie (Scott) Hutchinson of Toronto, Ont., and Claudelle Keeping (Walter Gunja) of Oakville, Ont. He was predeceased by as daughter Cindy. Cherished grandfather to Leitha Evangeline Hutchinson and Angelic Erin Hutchinson, Chloe Barbara Gunja and Kade Thomas Gunja. Dear brother to Melvin Keeping, Mary Brown, Lucille Cyr, and Patsy Nugent. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
