SMITH, ANNE MARIE - Anne Marie (Melanson) Smith of St. Stephen, NB passed away at the Charlotte County Hospital on June 05, 2011 at the age of 62. Anne Marie is survived by her husband James Smith, her mother Opal Melanson, one son Derek Melanson (Alisha), three sisters; Sister Eva Melanson, Eleanor Williams (Bob) and Lorraine Roy, one brother Cameron Melanson and sister-in-law Isabel Melanson, three grandchildren as well as several nieces & nephews. Anne Marie was a member of Union Street Baptist Church and was employed as a Store Clerk. She is predeceased by her father Doran Melanson and one brother Henry Melanson.
Relatives and friends are invited to Union Street Baptist Church, St. Stephen, NB, Thursday, June 09, 2011 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm for visitations. A funeral service will be from the Union Street Baptist Church on Friday, June 10 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Garth Williams officiating. Interment will take place in the Blissville Cemetery on Saturday June 11 at 3pm.
