Leila was born in Knutsford on July 14, 1931, daughter of the late Albert and Cora (Dennis) Smallman. Dear mother in law to Andrea Thomas, Coleman. Beloved sister to Kenneth (Verna) Smallman, Knutsford; Garth (Susan) Smallman, Knutsford; Anita Gamble, Maplewood Manor, Alberton and Gwen (Edwin) Gallant, Orillia, ON. Sister in law to Heath Woodside, Phillips Residence, Alberton and Grace Thomas, Fortune Cove. Leila was predeceased by her parents, son Barry, sister Freda Woodside, brothers in law Keith Gamble, James Thomas, Harry Thomas, sisters in law Doris and Julia Thomas. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours Wednesday from 3-5 pm. Funeral service on Thursday at 11 am in the Chapel. Interment in the Brae United Church Cemetery.
