At her home on Wednesday, June 8, 2011, of Mrs. Nelda Coffin (nee Arnold) of Charlottetown and originally of Abney, in her 83rd year.
Beloved wife of the late Sheldon J. Coffin and dear mother and mother-in-law of Sonny and Verna Coffin. Nelda is also lovingly remembered by her sister Thelma MacDonald (the late Roy MacDonald), sister-in-law Etta Ellis (the late Dr. Kent Ellis) and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Wilson and Alice (Buell) Arnold, stepfather Luther Herring, brother and sisters, Morris (Freda) Arnold, Gladys (John) Burhoe, and Norma (John) Harris.
Resting at the Hennessey Charlottetown Cutcliffe Funeral Home for visiting hours on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. The funeral will be held on Sunday with funeral service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in the family plot in the Sherwood Cemetery.
Family flowers only by personal request.
