It is with great sadness that the family of the late Theresa White announce her passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing on Friday, September 4, 2009 at the age of 103 years. She will be sadly missed by her son, Ronald (Sandra) White of Stephenville, two daughters: Sylvia (Robert) Riling of Florida, USA, Alice (Joe) Kerwin of Florida, USA, daughter-in-law, Hughina White of Halifax, NS, 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren a well as a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, James J. White in 1974, two sons, Bernard White, Larry White and five brothers, John, Simon, Matthew, William, Stan and two sisters, Florence and Mary Ellen. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, September 8th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville with Interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations to a charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated.
