We, the family of the late Nancy MacAskill, who passed on May 1, 2019, wish to express our gratitude to the many people who supported us at the time of Nancy’s passing. Thank you to all who attended Nancy’s wake and funeral service, your presence meant so much to us. Thanks to all who traveled to be with us at the time of Nancy’s passing. Thanks to all who sent flowers. Thanks to everyone who sent sympathy cards, online messages, made condolence calls and made donations in Nancy’s memory. Thanks also to all those who brought food to our home, your kindness is greatly appreciated. Thanks to Kolin Weatherbee and the staff at Sydney Memorial Chapel for your guidance and compassion. Thanks to all those who took time to visit Nancy over her years at Harbourstone. Special thanks to the staff of Harbourstone Home for Enhanced care for the excellent care Nancy received over the years, you made Steelworker’s Lane her home. Thank you to Pastor Ian Crooks and Pastor Kevin Richardson for the lovely funeral service. Thanks to the late Dr. Murdock Smith for the care and kindness Nancy received, particularly on the day of her passing. Our gratitude for the kindness we have received can never be adequately expressed.
